Jake knew advanced cyber threats could evade Anti-Virus software and Endpoint Detection & Response (EDR) monitoring.

Jake hired our firm to back up data drives on his computers where the data was less than 1 TB.

We installed a small backup agent on the computers.

The backup agent backed up the OS and data to a cloud data center located in the US and other locations in the world.

One day, a power surge damaged a data drive.

The employee using the computer wasn't able to work.

No worries!

We started a Virtual Machine (VM) based on the backup.

Within a few minutes, the employee resumed work.

While the employee continued working using the VM, we restored a recent backup to a new data drive and got the new data drive installed on the employee's computer.

The employee switched back to her computer and finished up her project!
